We then begin a gentle cleansing using prayers, sacred songs, herbal smokes, holy waters and washes, fire, and spiritual oils. Offerings are given to the Spirit of the Home and the Ancestors - asking for blessings, health, joy, peace & protection.

Cleansings on a specific location can help to release negativity from previous owners, haunting spirits, or perhaps the psychic echoes of illness, divorce, fighting, etc. ALL homes should be cleansed before moving in, and often times a Home Blessing can be done once a year to keep the energy of the house positive, loving, peaceful and protected.
